Hire Desk Controller - Rainham, Essex
Our tool hire division in Rainham is seeking an experienced Hire Desk Controller with excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for the successful applicant.
You will be responsible for the efficient hire & procurement of equipment made by our customers. In this role you will also need to be able to handle damage reports, off-hire unwanted equipment and provide an excellent customer service no matter how busy you are.

Your Responsibilities
- Taking and progressing hire orders
- Making sure delivery promises are kept
- Dealing with customer stock enquiries
- Promptly off-hiring equipment on request
- Keeping the database constantly updated
- Investigating damage reports
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Working closely with the tool hire and site supplies teams
