First Response is an independent tool hire and site supplies provider. Our main depot is strategically placed in Rainham, Essex with direct access into London, Essex and the Home Counties. We have been trading for over 20 years and are part of the HS2 supply chain.
Tool Hire
Although our primary service is next day hire, a same day service can be provided based on best endeavours; if it is possible we will do it. If you don’t have hire insurance then our Hire Secure facility will cover you for damage and loss providing superior cover to standard loss only.
Site Supplies
We offer a nationwide next day delivery service on a huge range of products. This includes small tools, PPE, Janitorial, canteen almost anything you need on site.
One Stop Shop
We are able to combine orders for Hire Equipment & Site Supplies for your added convenience. This simplifies the order process and reduces the number of vehicles visiting site.
Signage
We provide standard and bespoke signs. These can be produced on traditional materials or on eco-friendly board which is ideal for temporary signage purposes.
Online Account Management
Our online facility puts you in complete control of your business. You can access your account 24/7 from your smartphone or office PC and provides some unique and powerful features.

We specialise in outsourcing products for major projects like HS2. As we have trade accounts with most of the leading suppliers, we can usually find whatever you need quickly.
