Hire Desk Controller - Welding

If you are an experienced Hire Desk Controller with excellent customer service skills, we have a great opportunity for you at our Welding Division in Chorley.

You will be responsible for the efficient hire & procurement of equipment made by our customers. This will include handling damage reports, off-hiring unwanted equipment and providing excellent customer service no matter how busy you are.

Your Responsibilities

Taking and progressing hire orders
Making sure delivery promises are kept
Dealing with customer stock enquiries
Promptly off-hiring equipment on request
Keeping the database constantly updated
Investigating damage reports
Identifying upselling opportunities
Working closely with the tool hire and site supplies teams
